These pics are from a club trip run of Sevenmile Creek snow run. We had a great turnout, at least 21 vehicles total.
Conditions on Sevenmile were lighter than expected in terms of deep snow. Most of the trail was hardpack, with some icy creek crossings. Some sections were dry, while others were fully covered, so it was a good mix of winter conditions without being especially difficult on the main route.
We had a few vehicles stop at Century Park on the way up, while others continued to the trailhead, so the group got a little spread out before we started.
The only significant drifts we ran into were later in the day near the end, where the group got into a spur and conditions were deeper. As usual with a group this size in snow, there were a few recoveries and some tight turnarounds, but everyone worked together and kept things moving.
Overall, it was a beautiful day to be out, with good weather and a strong turnout. Lee drove our 2-door JL for the whole run and did a great job.
